From September 1st (Wednesday) to 14th (Tuesday), 2021, pop-up store “ISETAN × KISS, TOKYO ~TOKYO DESIGN MEETING~” will be held at the Isetan Leaf on the 1st floor of Isetan Shinjuku. We have teamed up with Isetan Mitsukoshi to curate Tokyo’s factories and present the charm of the city of Tokyo in a new way.
This is a collaborative project to celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of two concept stores, “ISETAN SEED” and “ISETAN LEAF” at Isetan Shinjuku.
Fashion items are curated with the keywords fashion, story, and sustainability. We will shed light on the stories of brands that have built their histories in Tokyo, update them with ideas, ingenuity, and the power of design, and circulate them into the future as “future TOKYO classics.”
This time, the factories curated by KISS, TOKYO director Tetsuya Chihara and ISETAN Leaf buyer Takashi Kobayashi are KUME SEN-I Co.,Ltd., TOKIO HAT, THE CHARLIE TOKYO, Tailor Toyo, and others. Please look forward to the pop-up store that proposes branded products from each factory that has a history and story, and continues to make unique products in Tokyo!
